The summer of 2010 sees us in full swing after the completion of upgrades to two more arms of Thunderbird Marina in Fishermans Cove in West Vancouver. The docks welcomed boats for the first time in 1952, and since that time the marina has earned the reputation as being B.C.s'  favourite location to keep a boat, having both protection from the elements, and the closest proximity to the open waters of Howe Sound and the Straights of Georgia.

A second marina location was acquired some years later on Vancouver Island, and became Westport Marina in Sidney, located in Tsehum Harbour just a few minutes walk from the B.C. Ferry terminal in Swartz Bay. A recently completed upgrade to the shoreside facilities has earned Westport the distinction of being the first "Eco-Rated" marina in B.C. under the "Clean Marine B.C." program.

A full complement of yacht yard services are available in both Sidney and West Vancouver, including travelift and dry storage.

It has been a privilege to put our extensive Marina Management experience to good use, and currently operate the Bayshore West Marina in Vancouver's Downtown Coal Harbour in addition to providing consultative services to a number of differing authorities.

Our marinas have become the principal locations for Thunderbird Yacht Sales, with secondary locations at Reed Point Marina in Port Moody and in Comox on Vancouver Island.

Thunderbird Yacht Sales has set the standard for yacht brokerage in
Western Canada, with as many as 200 exclusive listings from multiple locations.

Our website database is now the largest in B.C. and boasts in excess of twelve thousand visits daily.
