Bluewater Cruising Association will be hosting author, Pacific Yachting contributor and notorious world-wide cruiser Beth Leonard on Vancouver Island from March 18–20. Beth will present a seminar in Sidney, and two presentations in Nanaimo and Victoria. For all events, non-members are eligible for the member price if sponsored by a member.
