CBC AM 690 Applies to Discontinue Clear Channel Broadcast.
CBC AM 690 is applying to discontinue broadcasting on its
present band, AM 690. AM is often the only broadcast boaters are able
to receive in remote—and sometimes not-so remote—areas. AM 690 is one
of the few remaining “clear channel” broadcast stations.
