I’ve had a lot of fun this year. While preparing the retrospectives
that have appeared in each month’s issue leading up to this, our big
40th anniversary blowout, it’s been a treat leafing through back issues
of Pacific Yachting and re-reading some of the many fantastic adventure
stories, photos, news, letters and controversial subjects published
over the years. I think it’s fair to say that those almost 500 issues
represent the most comprehensive historical and geographical record of
our coast ever compiled.
