Reefs, off-lying rocks and underwater shelves surround the islands of the Goose Group, and their low topography provides little shelter for anchoring. Evidence of fierce storms is visible everywhere. But what the islands lack in protection they make up for in a unique and diverse ecosystem: white-sand beaches, seabirds and marine life aplenty.
