FILE FORMATS

• Press Optimized PDF
• Adobe InDesign for Macintosh include all graphics and fonts
• Adobe Illustrator EPS file  (with all fonts converted to outlines)

GRAPHICS
• Supplied as tiff or eps
• Scans at 266 dpi resolution.
• Line art scanned at 600 dpi resolution
• All colour specified as CMYK  No Pantone/Spot or RGB colours
• Digital cameras must be set at highest resolution available on your camera

ACCEPTABLE MEDIA
• CD ROM
• DVD ROM
• FTP to our site (limit 50 megs)
• All ads must be accompanied by printed or digital proofs

Type in User ID and Password as shown above.
Click “OK”
You now have access to the ad copy drop bin.
Choose your sales rep and follow all steps.
Be sure to fill in all specified fields.
