We’re asking boaters to fill out information forms either online or by sending in printed downloadable PDF forms.  The first form is the “Stop Log” We ask that one form be completed for each stop on a given cruise, or for any area of concern. The “Stop Log” has spaces for comments on water quality, debris, industrial pollution, wildlife and more.

The second form, “General Comments,” should be filled out upon completion of the cruise and asks for overall observations, comments and evaluation. 

Information will be collected ongoing and summaries published on a regular basis.

Participants’ names and contact information are needed for verification purposes but will remain confidential and will not be made available to any third parties.
