Job Description:
FUNCTIONS:
Greet internal and retail customers promptly; provide needed parts and accessories as quickly as possible.
Assist in inventory control, including ordering, receiving, stocking and sales tracking
Assist in coordinating pickups and deliveries
RELATIONSHIPS:
Report directly to the Parts Manager
Maintain close working relationship with Technicians, and Service Writers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Satisfaction:
Greet customers promptly and courteously
Meet customer demands for parts and accessories
Exhibit proper telephone technique with customers
Handle complaints in accordance with department policy
Sales:
Process sales from retail customers; suggest additional related parts for completing the repair/sale
Process sales from internal customers
